PROJECT DESCRIPTION
A virtual, interactive two-day stakeholder workshop designed and led by me to help the WAN Division within the Navy to clarify its stakeholder ecosystem.
Using MURAL as the primary collaboration tool, the workshop aimed to improve engagement strategies for the WAN Engineers.
CONTEXT
How might we cultivate shared understanding, define common goals, and generate solutions to activate the CANES Communications Strategy?
PROCESS
Held multiple meetings and working sessions with ADNS team leads to deeply understand the problem and identify key challenges.
Collaboratively brainstormed and designed a workshop that used creative solutioning methods to engage participants, ensuring the activities effectively addressed stakeholder engagement and communication gaps.
OUTCOME
Through hands-on activities and discussions, leaders identified ways to enhance collaboration, strengthen team connections, and drive organizational change.
The workshop outputs provided a foundation for evaluating communication practices, engagement channels, and collaboration efforts, guiding the WAN Division toward more effective two-way stakeholder communication.
