PROJECT DESCRIPTION

A creative solutioning workshop for Aerospace senior leaders within Booz Allen Hamilton, designed to explore innovative approaches to hybrid work.

Through hands-on activities and discussions, leaders identified ways to enhance collaboration, strengthen team connections, and drive organizational change.

CONTEXT

How might we re-imagine the way we work and champion the integration of hybrid methods, so that our people can meet mission needs at speed and feel more connected within our Aerospace branch?

PROCESS

Developed a cohesive visual identity, digital collaboration spaces, and supporting materials to enhance engagement and drive meaningful discussions on the future of hybrid work.

To help 50+ Aerospace senior leaders re-imagine the future of work and champion the integration of hybrid methods through various activations we explored three key questions: How We Work, Why We Meet, and Why We Stay. Throughout the creative experience, my team leveraged MURAL as a whiteboarding tool to plan and design the offsite experience.

OUTCOME

Senior leaders reflected on ideas across each Activation and developed a personalized plan for themselves to bring back to their team.

Participants were given tokens that prompted them to think about the role they want to play in driving hybrid work culture. Each role is associated with a commitment chosen by leaders.
