Project Description
Designing a custom CRM for Scherr, a locally owned general contractor, to streamline task management and improve communication between contractors and handymen.
The system aims to enhance efficiency, reduce miscommunication, and provide a centralized platform for tracking projects and assignments.
Process
Collaborating as a team of three to assess business needs, gather user requirements, and design a tailored CRM.
Leading the UI/UX design by developing wireframes, ensuring an intuitive and user-friendly experience. Through multiple iterations and feedback cycles, I am refining the interface, improving usability and aligning workflows with Scherr’s operational needs. Currently, I am focused on designing a functional MVP that streamlines task management and contractor communication while remaining flexible for future enhancements.
